President Orders Formation of 1,500 Leader Candidate Reserve by 2030

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has ordered the formation of a national reserve of 1,500 highly qualified specialists as leader candidates by 2030. These leaders will be selected based on artificial intelligence and digital technologies. It is envisaged that the candidates will be trained through special programs. This initiative is being implemented with the aim of modernizing Uzbekistan's governance system. By preparing prospective managers, the plan is to further strengthen the country's economy and development.
